Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be provided as follows: Immediate Bookings: Bookings that are booked for immediate and/or emergency response services will be subject to a 50% Cancellation/Gone On Arrival fee if cancelled after 10 minutes of service booking, or if no cancellation is provided but the customer has already left the scene prior to technician's arrival. Future Bookings: Bookings that are prescheduled are subject to a 50% Cancellation/Gone On Arrival fee if cancelled an hour, or less, than the scheduled appointment, or if no cancel is provided but the customer has already left the scene prior to technician's arrival.
